Senior Product Manager – Retail Media Data, Measurement & Auction Strategy (mfd)

About your tasks:

• Own and develop the product strategy and roadmap for Retail Media auction performance data measurement and reporting. 

• Shape our auction strategy by defining requirements and identifying opportunities to improve bidding ranking relevance and commercial performance. 

• Define advertising tracking requirements event taxonomies and data contracts across campaign management ad serving customer interactions attribution and reporting. 

• Ensure advertising data is reliably ingested into the Unified Data Platform and made available for internal reporting advertiser reporting measurement and optimisation. 

• Develop measurement and reporting capabilities that help advertisers understand campaign effectiveness incremental sales reach and return on advertising investment. 

• Partner with Data Science Data Engineering Analytics and software engineering to translate business needs into scalable solutions. 

• Drive product discovery prioritisation and delivery balancing business priorities technical dependencies and stakeholder requirements. 

Qualifications :

About you:

• You bring approximately 5-7 years of product management experience ideally within data products analytics AdTech marketing technology or e-commerce. 

• You have experience owning products end to end from discovery and roadmap definition through delivery adoption and continuous improvement. 

• You have a strong understanding of data products analytics and measurement with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business outcomes. 

• You are technically fluent enough to collaborate effectively with Data Engineers Data Scientists Analysts and software engineers while understanding and challenging technical requirements. 

• You have a working understanding of SQL data modelling reporting or BI tools. Hands-on expertise is beneficial but not essential. 

• You demonstrate strong stakeholder management and can confidently navigate competing priorities across technical and commercial teams. 

• You understand advertising performance and commercial measurement and you are focused on delivering measurable value rather than simply shipping features. 

Nice to Have: 

• Previous experience as a Data Analyst Data Scientist or Analytics Engineer. 

• Familiarity with digital advertising and auction mechanics. 

• Exposure to Retail Media AdTech or marketing analytics. 

• Experience building data products or platforms from 0 to 1.
