(Senior) Product Manager – Player Account Management (fmd)

We are looking for a (Senior) Product Manager (f/m/d) to own and shape our KYC authentication registration and account lifecycle capabilities. You will drive scalable and secure solutions that create seamless customer experiences while meeting regulatory requirements and supporting our international growth.

• Own the product vision strategy and roadmap for Player Account Management including KYC authentication registration and account lifecycle.

• Optimize KYC and identity verification balancing conversion compliance and security.

• Drive seamless and secure authentication and account access including login sessions device recognition bot detection and recovery.

• Own registration and account integrity across tenants devices and providers including duplicate account prevention.

• Ensure accurate and consistent account lifecycle management from risk profiles and restrictions to account closure.

• Enable international expansion with scalable KYC authentication and account management solutions.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering Compliance Legal Customer Care Fraud AML Payments and business teams.

• Define and improve key product KPIs including KYC conversion login success and account integrity.

• Strong product management experience with end-to-end ownership of complex products or domains.

• Solid expertise in KYC identity verification and authentication.

• Experience working in regulated environments and translating regulatory requirements into product solutions.

• Strong platform thinking with experience building scalable solutions across products markets or tenants.

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration across technical regulatory and business teams.

• A strong analytical mindset and experience using KPIs and funnel data to drive product decisions.

• Experience with gambling regulation and/or international KYC and authentication rollouts is a plus.
