Senior Product Manager – Pharma Process Design & AI (mfd)

About your tasks:

• Design and own complex end-to-end product solutions that create lean scalable and compliant pharmaceutical processes
• Translate regulatory and operational complexity into clean system designs and structured product architectures
• Act as the bridge between operations product and engineering driving cross-functional alignment and timely delivery
• Proactively identify and implement AI-driven enhancements and agent-based solutions to improve workflow orchestration document generation and decision support
• Apply a data-driven and experimental approach to validate solutions leveraging AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT Codex) to prototype iterate and scale impactful features

Qualifications :

About you:

• You are a Senior Product Manager with strong experience in designing complex systems and scalable product solutions
• You bring a data-driven and structured mindset and enjoy breaking down complexity into clear effective designs
• You have hands-on exposure to AI automation or intelligent systems and understand how to apply them pragmatically to real-world problems
• Experience in pharma or other regulated industries and affinity for European healthcare markets is a plus
