Senior Product Manager – Pharma Process Design & AI (mfd)

About your tasks:

• Shape the future of pharmaceutical processes by designing scalable end-to-end product solutions that balance operational efficiency regulatory compliance and long-term business growth.
• Transform complex business and regulatory challenges into intuitive system designs and structured product architectures that enable engineering teams to deliver with confidence.
• Drive collaboration across operations product and engineering aligning stakeholders around a shared vision and ensuring impactful solutions are delivered from concept to implementation.
• Unlock the potential of AI and intelligent automation by identifying opportunities to improve workflow orchestration document generation and decision-making through agent-based solutions and modern AI technologies.
• Validate and continuously improve products through experimentation data-driven insights and rapid prototyping leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT Codex and other emerging technologies to scale high-impact solutions.

Qualifications :

About you:

• You have extensive experience as a Senior Product Manager (or in a comparable product leadership role) with a proven track record of designing complex end-to-end systems and scalable digital products.
• You combine strong analytical thinking with a structured approach enabling you to translate complex business requirements into clear product architectures and measurable outcomes.
• You are passionate about AI automation and intelligent workflow systems with hands-on experience applying modern AI tools to solve real business challenges and accelerate product innovation.
• You are fluent in English and have at least a B2 level of German and you enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams travelling regularly to our offices in Cologne and Sevenum (approximately once per month).
• Experience in pharmaceutical healthcare or other regulated industries and familiarity with the European healthcare market are a strong advantage.
