As our Senior Product Manager Ecosystem you are the architect of our newest frontier.

Tradebytes core product connects brands to marketplaces. Your mission To build the layer on top of that. You will lead the development of our Developer Platform empowering partners to build launch and scale their own applications within our core product.

Youll work in a high-performing cross-functional squad (you Engineering Manager Software Engineers) and collaborate with other cross-functional teams designers business stakeholders partners brands and marketplaces.

• Architect the Roadmap: Own the end-to-end value delivery of the Ecosystem. Youll translate high-level vision into a refined high-impact roadmap and drive its execution.

• Master the Domain: Become the go-to expert on our developer landscape competitor moves and market trends. You arent just following the market youre anticipating it.

• Strategic Prioritization: Balance customer value with long-term system reliability. Youll use a product-led growth mindset to say no to the good ideas so you can say yes to the great ones firmly explaining the why in a language that stakeholders understand and respect.

• Data-Driven Iteration: Define the metrics that matter. Youll proactively gather data from various qualitative and quantitative sources critically analyze them and iterate the product based on reliable insights.

• Evangelize the Ecosystem: Communicate your vision in the language of your stakeholderswhether thats a deep technical dive with engineers or a value-prop pitch to business leaders.

• Operational Excellence: Optimize the way the team works. From high-quality ticket grooming to leveraging AI for process optimization youll ensure the engine runs smoothly.
  

THE BASICS

• Academic: Excellent degree in an analytical field or a similar qualification.

• Experience: 5 years professional experience specifically driving outcomes in fast-paced ambiguous environments.

• Language: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (German is a plus).

THE TECHNICAL EDGE

• Tech-Fluent: You understand the basics of state-of-the-art software development and arent afraid to look at code. You can hold your own in deep technical architectural discussions.

• AI Enthusiast: You have a hands-on interest in how AI can be adopted to improve both the product and your own productivity.

• Developer-Centric: You genuinely care about Developer Experience (DX) and making the lives of external developers easier.

THE PRODUCT MINDSET

• Problem Solver: You excel at breaking down messy ambiguous problems into actionable elegant plans based on critical data analysis.

• Strategic Communicator: You can influence without authority. You possess the communication skills to read between the lines understand underlying motivations and actively manage expectations across diverse internal and external groups.

• User-Focused: You have a strong grasp of UX/UI basics and can whip up a low-fidelity wireframe to communicate an idea quickly.
