The Role
As our Product Manager in charge of our consumer-facing Digital Therapeutics you will lead the way to transform our platform of therapies from good to first-class with taste. This is not a feature-shipping role. We want someone who thinks in user journeys obsesses over behavior change and can tell the difference between a product that works and one that genuinely moves patients forward.
Your responsibilities
- Therapy ownership:You own the full patient journey end-to-end from the moment a doctor prescribes the therapy through onboarding and the active therapy phase to the point where patients feel a real difference and stay. AI is part of the work and part of the product but its a means to an end not the goal itself.
- Behavior & retention:You apply proven knowledge of habit loops nudges feedback systems and engagement mechanics to drive sustainable usage.
- Mobile ownership: You own our therapy apps across urology and gynecology end-to-end.
- App Store excellence: You treat ratings store presence and ASO as core product levers and actively optimize the funnel from impression to activation.
- Mobile expertise:Hands-on product management experience with consumer mobile apps.
- Platform fluency:You understand the technical realities of iOS and Android and know how to work with them not around them.
- Data & AI fluency: You use AI to move fast know when its hallucinating and back every decision with analytics and experiments because you own the outcome.
- Languages:Fluent in German and English.
- High agency:You naturally push topics forward bring people along and dont wait to be asked.
- Taste:You know what a great beautiful yet functional product needs to look like in 2026.
- Optional health or behavior background:Experience building patient-centric or behavior-change products or genuine passion for it.
