Job Mission

As a Senior Product Lead youll play a key role in making Start our entry offers & plans the first choice for homeowners switching energy supplier. Youll own the offer across Sweden Norway Germany and the Netherlands: what it is who its for why it wins and how it makes money. Leading work across product managers in several capabilities youll turn our Start offering into offers that win in the market and grow customers into Smart directly or through electrification.

What youll do

• Build a clear view of which homeowners choose Start and why they switch by market and channel. Make it the basis for segmenting targeting and pricing.

• Set strategy and roadmap for entry offers & plans across four markets and every distribution channel.

• Shape the winning offer for each channel: its components target customer value proposition and how we win.

• Own the pricing guardrails so Sales has clear guardrails for setting final market prices.

• Set go-to-market direction and build and coordinate product launches together with Commercial.

• Track performance against clear success metrics then evolve reprice or retire offers based on evidence.

• Anchor the roadmap with the commercial teams our other offerings product leads & capability owners and lead the work across the product managers who build it.

What were looking for

You are driven by impact and know how to turn strategy into execution. Youre used to fast-paced environments and thrive when given clear goals and high accountability. We believe youll thrive here if you:

• Have owned a product line or a multi-team product area and have led and grown product managers along the way.

• Think commercially. Youre fluent in unit economics value pools pricing logic and switching economics and can defend an investment case to Finance and leadership.

• Know energy markets tariffs and home electrification. Or you can master them quickly coming from a switching-driven market like price comparison telco or insurance. Experience of the Nordic German or Dutch markets and their languages is a strong plus.

• Have taken products to market in a B2C subscription business hand in hand with Commercial across comparison sites performance organic and partner channels.

• Anchor every decision in real customer need data and measurable outcomes never in feature lists.

• Bring engineers Commercial and executives together behind one clear direction in plain language and without formal authority.

Tibber becomes more AI-enabled and we embrace new tools and ways of working. You dont need to be an expert but youre excited to shape how AI shows up in our offers and to grow with it.
