Senior Manager Procurement Strategy & Transformation (mfd)

About your tasks:

• Drive the continuous improvement and standardization of strategic procurement processes governance and best practices.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with teams across Procurement Finance Legal Supply Chain Commercial Operations Controlling and BI to optimize ways of working.
• Harmonize procurement processes KPIs reporting and governance across countries to enable scalable and consistent operations.
• Manage strategic procurement transformation and continuous improvement projects from concept to implementation.
• Support the development and execution of our Procurement roadmap and key strategic initiatives.
• Prepare business cases presentations and decision-making materials for executive stakeholders.

Qualifications :

About you:

• You hold a degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Procurement Finance Economics or a related field.
• You bring 2-4 years of experience in Strategic Procurement Procurement Excellence Procurement Transformation Supply Chain or a similar role.
• You have experience in an international fast-paced environment - ideally within Retail E-Commerce or Healthcare. A background in management consulting with a focus on Procurement or Operations is highly preferred.
• You combine strong analytical and conceptual thinking with excellent project management and organizational skills.
• You are a proactive hands-on professional who enjoys driving change building scalable structures and collaborating with stakeholders across functions and countries.
• You are confident using Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI ERP or Procurement systems is a clear advantage.
• You communicate fluently in both German and English.
