As we continue to grow across Central and Eastern Europe were looking for a Senior Manager Performance Media Analytics to help maximise the impact of our media investments. This is going to be based in our Frankfurt office 3 days a week.
- Lead media performance analytics and measurement across CE & EE markets.
- Deliver actionable insights to optimise media spend campaign performance and ROI.
- Partner with Marketing Ecommerce Finance and Agency teams to drive data-led decision making.
- Develop reporting dashboards and performance reviews for senior stakeholders.
- Support attribution incrementality testing and other marketing effectiveness initiatives.
- Identify trends opportunities and recommendations that improve business outcomes.
- Strong experience in media analytics marketing analytics or performance marketing.
- Deep understanding of digital media channels and performance metrics.
- Experience translating complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI Tableau or similar.
- Commercial mindset with a passion for driving growth through data and insights.
- Experience working across multiple markets and with agency partners is advantageous.
