Senior Manager Marketplace Partner Management (mfd)

• Management and development of strategic cross-border seller partnerships across all group markets
• Definition and implementation of a group-wide approach to seller acquisition onboarding and partner management
• Establishment and continuous optimization of standardized onboarding processes and quality standards
• Identification and realization of cross-market synergies best practice sharing and scalable growth initiatives
• Development of strategic vendor partnerships and trade marketing initiatives to generate incremental revenue
• Close collaboration with local marketplace teams to ensure alignment consistency and execution across all countries
• Performance monitoring KPI tracking and identification of commercial growth opportunities
• Central coordination of strategic partner management to enhance seller experience and support overall marketplace growth

• University degree in Business Administration Economics Marketing or a related fiel
• Several years of experience in Strategic Partner Management Business Development Marketplace Management or Key Account Management within e-commerce or digital marketplaces
• Strong understanding of marketplace business models seller acquisition onboarding and partner development
• Experience in international and cross-functional stakeholder management within matrix organizations
• Strong analytical communication negotiation and project management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset hands-on approach and strong execution capabilities
• Fluent English; additional European languages considered an advantage
