Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Institutional Sales Manager who thrives when unlocking new doors closing new deals and establishing long-term partnerships. If the thrill of closing big-ticket sales and having true ownership motivates you this is where you make your mark.
Your Tasks
- Win new business by actively acquiring institutional clients including banks asset managers asset owners and insurance companies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and C-level stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue high-value commercial opportunities within institutional markets.
- Present and position Solactives index and FinTech solutions as strategic growth driver for clients.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and strategic discussions to negotiation and deal closing.
- Work closely with index structuring and in-house teams to bring compelling solutions to market.
Your Profile
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Economics Engineering Management or related field.
- Several years of experience in institutional sales B2B sales or financial solutions sales.
- Ideally experience in FinTech investment banking asset management capital markets or financial data.
- A proven track record of closing high-value deals..
- Strong network within institutional financial markets is a plus.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and influencing skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong hunter mentality.
- Highly driven resilient and focused on delivering results.
