Senior Institutional Marketing Manager (mfd)

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute our B2B marketing strategy in close alignment with leadership with a strong focus on brand visibility and engagement among large financial institutions

• Brand & Content: Maintain and evolve brand identity messaging and visual consistency; create thought leadership pieces sales materials and announcements for institutional audiences

• Digital & Campaigns: Manage website content and structure plan and optimize paid campaigns with clear ROI focus and grow our social media presence primarily on LinkedIn

• Events: Support the planning and execution of conferences and client formats (online and offline) including conceptualization and post-event analysis

• PR & Communication: Collaborate with the communications team to develop coherent institutional PR and communication strategies

• Cross-functional Alignment: Coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure marketing strategies support business goals and product positioning

• Stakeholder Relations: Foster and maintain strategic relationships with key partners and influencers within the digital assets ecosystem

• Analytics & Market Intelligence: Monitor effectiveness of marketing initiatives using data-driven insights; stay abreast of industry trends competitive landscape and regulatory developments

• Experience: About 4 - 6 years in B2B marketing preferably in financial services crypto fintech or a high-performing agency ideally with exposure to institutional client audiences

• Skill Set: Strong generalist across brand digital marketing content website and events with hands-on experience in paid campaigns and performance marketing

• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the regulatory landscape and compliance requirements in the digital assets market

• Analytical Mindset: Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics to guide marketing decisions

• Working Style: Strategic thinker with strong execution mindset self-driven structured solution-focused and delivery-oriented

• Communication: Confident working across teams and with senior stakeholders including C-level executives and external partners
