As our HR Operations & Process Specialist youll play a hands-on role in building and maintaining the foundations that support our team. From employee support and HR administration to payroll coordination and process improvement youll help ensure that our People operations are accurate efficient and reliable.

This is a role for someone who takes ownership enjoys solving problems and wants to make a tangible impact. Youll work across different areas of HR help improve how we operate and grow into broader responsibilities as our company scales.

• Employee support and documentation: Be the first point of contact for employee enquiries and provide timely helpful support throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Prepare and manage HR documentation including employment contracts amendments Arbeitsbescheinigungen EZB employment references and other employee documents ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

• Payroll: Own payroll preparation and execution ensuring employee data is accurate complete and submitted on time.

• HR processes and continuous improvement: Take ownership of operational topics build scalable HR processes from the ground up and improve existing ones as we grow. You enjoy figuring things out tackling new challenges and turning ideas into practical solutions.

• Performance and development: Build and run TYTANs performance process including 360 feedback cycles.

• Leveling and compensation: Develop a leveling framework and compensation structure grounded in market benchmarking.

• Organisational design and culture: Bring a strategic perspective to how TYTAN is structured as it scales and help drive cultural transformation in line with our PACE values.

• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with colleagues/leads across the company to coordinate HR topics keep People Operations aligned resolve questions and make sure processes run smoothly from start to finish.

• Experience: 4 years in HR operations or personnel administration ideally as a generalist covering the full employee lifecycle.

• Payroll and labour law: Hands-on payroll experience and solid knowledge of German employment law and HR documentation.

• Process builder: You have built or improved HR processes from scratch and enjoy creating structure in a scaling environment.

• People programmes: Exposure to performance management 360 feedback leveling or compensation benchmarking.

• Ownership and precision: You follow things through proactively and handle sensitive data with care and accuracy.

• Communication: Approachable and responsive comfortable in a fast-paced international environment.

• Languages: Fluent German and strong English written and spoken.

• Build technology with real operational impact: Develop autonomous defense systems designed to protect lives and strengthen Europes security

• Shape scalable defense capabilities: Work on solutions built for mass deployment cost efficiency resilience and reliable production at scale

• Contribute to networked air defense: Help integrate our systems into multi-layered defense architectures alongside sensors command systems and effectors

• Develop for real-world operations: Build capabilities together with end users and improve them continuously based on direct operational feedback

• Move fast and take ownership: Work in a focused high-performance team where decisions are made quickly and individual contributions have immediate impact
