(Senior) FP&A Analyst (mfd)

About your Tasks:

• Prepare and improve recurring financial reporting and variance analysis for the German business helping stakeholders understand key performance drivers.  
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes by owning and improving our forecasting model. collecting inputs challenging assumptions and preparing clear financial overviews.  
• Analyze commercial and operational KPIs such as revenue development margin marketing spend customer economics and profitability drivers.  
• Build and maintain financial models dashboards and datasets to improve transparency and decision-making.  
• Support business cases for commercial initiatives marketing investments and growth opportunities through fact-based analysis and scenario modelling.  
• Identify risks and opportunities in performance trends and translate findings into clear recommendations.  

Qualifications :

About you:

• University degree in Finance Business Administration Economics or a related field .
• 3-5 years of experience in Controlling / FP&A preferably in a commercial e-commerce or highly digital consumer-oriented environment.
• A solid understanding of budgeting forecasting reporting and variance analysis.  
• Advanced technical skills with an AI & Data-driven mindset and expertise in Excel (PowerPivot PowerQuery) to structure complex problems and drive strategic insights.
• Interest in commercial performance e-commerce customer economics marketing ROI and profitability steering.  
• Languages: Fluent in both English German language is a strong plus.
