Job Summary

Deine Aufgaben

Coordinate and oversee accounting processes across all German entities
Ensure timely and accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial closings
Consolidate and prepare financial reporting for headquarters
Monitor budgets and cash flows across portfolio companies including variance analysis
Manage external tax advisors auditors and accounting service providers
Ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements ( GAAP)
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes controls and reporting structures
Support the integration of new entities and the ongoing development of the finance function

Dein Profil

Degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field
Extensive experience in controlling accounting or audit ideally in an international environment
Strong knowledge of German accounting standards; IFRS is a plus
Experience working with multi-entity or group structures
Confident in managing external stakeholders and collaborating with international teams
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Structured proactive and hands-on working style
Fluent in German and English written and spoken
