Job Summary
Deine Aufgaben
- Coordinate and oversee accounting processes across all German entities
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial closings
- Consolidate and prepare financial reporting for headquarters
- Monitor budgets and cash flows across portfolio companies including variance analysis
- Manage external tax advisors auditors and accounting service providers
- Ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements ( GAAP)
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes controls and reporting structures
- Support the integration of new entities and the ongoing development of the finance function
Dein Profil
- Degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field
- Extensive experience in controlling accounting or audit ideally in an international environment
- Strong knowledge of German accounting standards; IFRS is a plus
- Experience working with multi-entity or group structures
- Confident in managing external stakeholders and collaborating with international teams
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Structured proactive and hands-on working style
- Fluent in German and English written and spoken
