• Build enhance and maintainEndursoftware components for RWESTs trading and risk platform using Java and C#

• Translate business needs into working solutions through handson analysis direct stakeholder contact and pragmatic delivery planning

• Ship highquality welltested code in an agile squad continuously improving performance stability and developer tooling

• Cocreate solutions across risk management and energy trading workflows to improve usability and outcomes

• Collaborate with seasonedEndurengineers and business engineers sharing knowledge and bringing fresh perspectives to the team

• Take ownership of features from design to production with clear communication and predictable delivery

Job requirements and experience

• Experience in object-oriented engineering in Java and/or C#

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders

• Experience working in risk management and a strong interest in energy trading

• Thrive in an agile collaborative environment and build trust quickly across business and engineering

• Willingness to take ownership under time pressure to deliver measurable outcomes together

Advantageous but not essential

• Handson programming experience inEndur

• Understanding of energy/commodities trading and risk concepts (trade lifecycle valuation/P&LVaR exposures) ideally gained in ETRM/CTRM or risk technology
