About the role
As our Senior Direct Retail Manager you will lead Dysons owned retail network end-to-enddriving performance elevating experience and scaling operational excellence.
You will:
- Own and drive retail performance across all owned stores with accountability for sales growth customer experience and execution
- Lead store leadership and field teams ensuring clarity of direction and consistency across locations
- Define and implement strategies to elevate in-store experience brand presentation and operational standards
- Own store execution: merchandising visual standards staffing models and customer engagement
- Partner cross-functionally with merchandising marketing HR and operations to deliver launches training and retail initiatives
- Analyse store KPIs and market trends to identify growth opportunities risks and improvements
- Build and execute plans to optimise productivity profitability and future store footprint
- Oversee budgeting cost control and resource allocation
- Act as a key contributor within the Retail Leadership Team aligning retail strategy with wider business goals
- Set clear performance expectations embedding coaching feedback and a high-performance culture
- Continuously evolve retail strategies in line with omnichannel behaviours and changing consumer expectations
About you
- Strong leadership experience with a track record of building and inspiring high-performing teams
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
- Fluent in English with clear and effective verbal and written communication
- Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills and strategic thinking
- Adaptable and open-minded able to navigate complexity in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proven financial acumen including budget ownership and forecasting
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insight
- Experience within beauty or premium consumer environments is advantageous
- Strong relationship builder with the ability to influence at senior level
- Willingness to travel and spend time in-market to stay close to performance and teams
