Senior Development Engineer (mfd)

• Conception and development of new generations of machines in collaboration with internal departments
• Design of assemblies and systems for production and custom machines
• Design and dimensioning of pneumatic electrical and hydraulic drives and components
• Conducting risk assessments in accordance with the Machinery Directive
• Development and assembly of test setups
• Planning preparation and execution of tests
• Providing technical support during customer meetings and visits
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation such as operating instructions pneumatic plans and technical documents

• Bachelors degree in engineering or technical certification in mechanical engineering mechatronics automation technology or a comparable field
• At least 4 years of experience in design ideally in the field of specialized machinery or automation
• Experience in the development of mechatronic assemblies
• Experience in working with 3D CAD systems preferably SolidWorks
• Knowledge of creating pneumatic diagrams and pneumatic circuits ideally using EPLAN P8
• Structured and independent way of working
• Ability to work well in a team and strong sense of initiative
• SAP knowledge would be ideal
