Job Summary

BwB is looking for a Senior Debt Capital Markets & Development Finance Expert to support a potential assignment focused on sustainable bond issuances financial partnerships and development finance in emerging markets.  


Qualifications :

Required: 

  • 10 years of experience in debt capital markets (DCM) including direct experience with green social sustainability and sustainability-linked bond issuances covering bond structuring underwriting issuance mechanics and regulatory frameworks. 

  • 10 years of experience in partnership structuring and relationship management including developing and managing commercial partnerships between banks development agencies and governments and engaging senior stakeholders across the financial and public sectors. 

  • 10 years of experience in emerging market development finance building partnerships with DFIs commercial investors guarantee providers insurers and public/private financial institutions. Experience of working with institutions such as IFC MIGA bilateral DFIs and commercial banks. 

  • C1-level English and German (fluent near-native). 

  • A university degree in finance business administration mathematics or a related field. 

  • Three professional references who can verify the above experience. 

  • Willingness and ability to travel (Europe and emerging market countries).
