An exciting opportunity awaits you in our Finance Solutions team at our Hamburg location offering the chance to grow your expertise while working on a diverse portfolio of impactful and forward-looking projects as:

Full-time Part-time Job-sharing

Our Finance Solutions team designs builds and maintains the systems that power our global operations. As part of this team you will contribute to shaping and advancing our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations migration project ensuring scalable and futureproof solutions that support our business.

YOUR ROLE AT A GLANCE

• Lead finance-focused requirement workshops and ensure Finance processes are clearly defined understood and consistently represented in the D365 FO solution
• Design document and validate scalable and compliant Finance-related configurations within Dynamics 365 F&O
• Challenge external implementation partners to ensure correct interpretation of business requirements and high-quality functional delivery
• Configure and implement core Finance modules (GL AP AR Fixed Assets Cash & Bank Budgeting) in alignment with global standards
• Support key project activities including data migration testing cycles process validation training and user adoption
• Act as the Finance subject matter expert across endtoend processes ensuring alignment with group requirements and internal controls
• Work closely with local accounting teams Finance leadership IT and PMO to ensure a consistent and future-proof Finance solution
• Contribute to documentation training materials and knowledge transfer to support sustainable operations postgolive

WHAT YOULL BRING

• Strong functional expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O Finance modules with hands-on implementation experience in D365 F&O or AX
• Solid understanding of Finance processes (GL AP/AR Tax Cash & Bank) and their configuration within D365 FO
• Ability to translate Finance operations and business requirements into clear scalable system designs
• Experience guiding or validating the work of external partners to ensure functional quality
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Finance stakeholders and crossfunctional teams
• Fluency in English & German (nice to have)
• Experience with SAP (nice to have)
