The Team your impact

You are a member of the Crisis Management & Physical Security Coordination team. Together with your colleagues you establish and operate a Crisis Management Organisation to maintain security of supply and the protection of people infrastructure and assets for the Group.

Your Role meaningful & rewarding

• Develop maintain and continuously improve the crisis and emergency management system at SE
• Coordinate and support the activation and operation of crisis management team including decision-making reporting and escalation processes
• Provide decision support during crises (e.g. major disruptions extreme weather sabotage hybrid threats) through structured analysis scenarios and briefing materials
• Manage interfaces with external stakeholders (e.g. authorities disaster control police fire brigades associations)
• Plan execute and evaluate crisis exercises and trainings ensuring continuous improvement
• Align and integrate crisis management across business units defining standards and monitoring implementation
• Continuously monitor assess and clearly present the current threat situation for the Group (e.g. OSINT-based reporting)

Your Profile authentic & open-minded

• Extensive professional experience in crisis management within a corporate or complex operational environment
• Strong knowledge of crisis management frameworks (e.g. ISO 22361 ISO 22301) and relevant regulations
• Experience working with authorities crisis partners and crisis management tools (e.g. alerting systems)
• Basic knowledge of IT/OT systems (ideally in critical infrastructure environments)
• Solid understanding of business operations and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to act under pressure
• Excellent communication influencing and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative and cross-functional approach
• Relevant crisis management certification is a plus
• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
• Valid drivers license (Class B)
