Senior Credit Analyst

0TO9 is a fast-growing profitable European fintech bank built on a unique model: in parallel with our banking operations we act as a venture builder launching entrepreneur-driven portfolio companies with capital licenses and infrastructure from day one each a different banking product or vertical. About the role

As Senior Credit Analyst youll sit at the core of our B2B lending operations in Berlin. Youll assess the companies we finance - digging into financials business models and risk - and turn that analysis into clear well-founded credit decisions. Youll work closely with the commercial team throughout the deal process giving you end-to-end exposure from first assessment to funded loan and beyond. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment: short decision paths real ownership and the chance to shape how we build our credit function as we grow.

What youll do:

• Perform credit analysis and financial assessment of corporate borrowers - financial statements cash flows business models and market position

• Evaluate and structure credit proposals together with the commercial team balancing risk with business opportunity

• Prepare credit memos and present recommendations to the credit committee

• Monitor the existing portfolio - tracking performance covenants and early warning signals and flagging credit deterioration early

• Contribute to developing our credit processes models and policies as we scale

About you

Youre analytically sharp with a genuine interest in companies and what makes them creditworthy. You form your own view back it with numbers and communicate it clearly - and youre comfortable taking ownership in an environment where things move fast and structures are still being built. Wed expect you to bring:

• A degree in finance economics or a related field.

• 5-7 years of experience in credit analysis corporate/SME lending or similar - from a bank fintech debt fund or credit institution.

• Strong financial analysis skills and a structured detail-oriented way of working.

• Clear written communication your credit memos hold up in front of decision-makers

• Fluency in English and German.
