• Lead project planning and execution for a variety of marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives from initial brief to final delivery.

• Manage project timelines budgets and resources proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.

• Facilitate communication between creative marketing and other internal & external stakeholders ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.

• Oversee project workflow assigning tasks tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.

• Implement and optimise project management tools and processes to enhance efficiency.

• Champion creative excellence while balancing business objectives and practical constraints.

• You have 5 years of experience as a highly organised and proactive Creative Operations or Creative Project Manager in a creative marketing or agency setting with a proven track record of delivering complex campaigns and strategic initiatives on time and to a high standard.

• You have a strong understanding of end-to-end project planning and execution including managing timelines budgets resources and proactively mitigating risks.

• You are exceptional at communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills adept at coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure alignment.

• You are highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to oversee project workflows assign tasks track progress and ensure deadlines are consistently met.

• You are proficient with project management methodologies and tools coupled with a drive to continuously optimise processes for enhanced efficiency.

• You have a passion for creative excellence balanced with a pragmatic approach to business objectives and practical constraints.

• Fluency in English is essential.
