Senior Controller

We are on the lookout for a Senior Controller to join the Central Controlling team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. 

• You serve as the SME for intercompany (IC) transactions managing 200M recharge volume ensuring accurate reconciliation and compliance

• You collaborate cross-functionally with tax accounting and finance teams aligning IC practices and resolving discrepancies

• You ensure smooth closings by maintaining completeness investigating mismatches and adhering to transfer pricing guidelines

• You drive IC process improvements standardization controls and documentation for scalability and efficiency

• You support planning and performance by guiding budgeting training stakeholders analyzing cost centers and delivering clear financial storytelling

• You build reports dashboards and tools support system rollouts and handle ad-hoc analyses to enable better decision-making

Qualifications :

• You have 6 years of experience in finance or audit with a degree in finance accounting controlling or a related field

• You have strong experience in P&L and balance sheet analysis as well as intercompany accounting and controlling processes

• You have hands-on experience with consolidation tools or FP&A solutions along with advanced Excel skills

• You have a structured proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• You have excellent communication skills and can work cross-functionally while managing stakeholders effectively

• You are self-motivated a great team player and fluent in English with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
