Job Summary
Deliver high-quality consulting services to clients in Germany leveraging analytical expertise and German language skills to drive business transformation and measurable results.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Achieve client satisfaction score above 90%
- Deliver projects on time and within budget
- Generate 60K annual revenue contribution
- Develop 2 new client proposals per quarter
- Complete all required certifications within first year
Qualifications :
- Master of Science degree
- Native or fluent German (C1/C2)
- Professional working proficiency in English
- 0-3 years of consulting or relevant industry experience
- Eligibility to work in Germany
- Erfahrung mit Compensation und Performance Management
- Microsoft Excel (advanced)
- PowerPoint / presentation design
- Data analysis & visualization
