Senior Business Transformation Advisor Planning & Materials Management

Why This Role Matters

As a Business Transformation Advisor you will independently lead subprojects within the Transformation Management department. You bring expertise in project management process optimization and functional specifications with a strong focus on improving procurement sourcing and supply chain planning processes. Your technical capabilities in ERP and planning systems help elevate upstream supply chain performance.

Your Role at Intersnack

• Manage subprojects within broader transformation initiatives

• Represent Business Transformation in discussions with Management Units Group Functions and external partners

• Develop functional specifications process improvements and organizational designs

• Drive ERPrelated improvements in planning scheduling MRP and procurement (MM) including configuration and testing

• Lead crossfunctional project teams and ensure alignment and adoption of new standards

• Perform handson validation testing data analysis and issue resolution

• Expand knowledge into adjacent areas (manufacturing ordertocash quality commercials finance)

• Mentor junior team members

Education

• University degree in Business Administration STEM or related fields

Experience

• Several years in business transformation project management or consulting

• Proven ERP configuration experience in planningrelated areas (Supply Planning Scheduling MRP Procurement/MM)

• Experience managing crossfunctional projects and implementing new processes or IT solutions

• Strong collaboration with diverse stakeholder groups

Skills

• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities

• Technical expertise in at least two areas: Demand Planning Production Scheduling Procurement Supply Planning & MRP Workforce Planning

• Additional strengths in project management change management stakeholder management

• Handson mindset for testing data analysis and issue resolution

• Willingness to learn adjacent business areas

• Clear and effective communication in English

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. JIRA SharePoint)

• Willingness to travel approx. 4 days/week
