Senior Brand Manager Chocolate (mfd)

Working with cross-functional and regional teams you implement a portfolio strategy that is aligned with thebrandvision to drive sustainable growth. You support profit and loss management and future business development plans andobjectivesincluding new product development and platform opportunities.

Howyouwillcontribute

• Analyze consumer behavior market trends and competitivelandscapetoidentifyopportunities and recommend action plans.

• Manage marketingbudgetto maximize return on investment monitoringspendand ensuring on-target delivery.

• Lead the end-to-end development of the innovation andiPPApipelines including product launches and other product-change initiatives to drive growth in a profitable wayand atscale.

• Partner with Finance Category Planning Supply Chain and Sales teams to recommend and deliver seamless in-market execution and maximize brand impact.

• Leadand develop direct report(s)

Whatyouwill bring

• Universitydegree: Business Marketing

• Relevant professional experience in the marketingdepartment &in an international FMCGenvironment;

• Solid experienceonguiding teams to success;Very goodtrack recordonproduct and innovation Management activation & productlaunches;

• Ability to work withautonomy; Creative and open minded; Organizing andproblem solvingskills; Analytical and structured thinking; strong presentation and engagement skills

• Skillsoncomputer literacy esp.MSOffice;
