As a Senior Backend Developer at Logicc youll play an active role in shaping the future of AI applications. Working in our agile team youll see the direct impact of your work on our users while helping drive one of the most exciting technology fields of our time.

Aufgaben

• Own architectural decisions and drive the technical evolution of our backend stack
• Lead complex database and integration projects including data modeling and migration strategies
• Design and build secure scalable and resilient microservices and APIs
• Define the technical approach for new features in close collaboration with product and other internal stakeholders
• Review code mentor engineers and provide technical guidance across the team

Qualifikation

• 5 years of professional experience developing backend systems with Go
• Strong understanding of software architecture API design distributed systems and data modeling
• An open mindset toward AI-assisted software development and hands-on experience with coding agents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (English is our working language)
• A high degree of ownership and the ability to navigate ambiguous requirements and solve complex technical challenges
