About the job

To strengthen our R&D organization we are looking for an Automation & AI Specialist (m/f/d) who translates business requirements into scalable automation and AI supported solutions and actively contributes to improving the efficiency of our R&D processes. You will be directly involved in shaping the digitalization automation and AI enablement of R&D processes in an international technology driven environment.

What you will do

  • Translate R&D business and user requirements into effective system process and automation solutions
  • Design implement test and continuously improve automated workflows AI-augmented data flows and AI Agents
  • Ensure stable data flows high data quality and reliable system operations
  • Operate and further develop R&D collaboration and workflow tools (e.g. SharePoint SwiftKanban) including hands on application support
  • Actively support change adoption through structured onboarding release communication and user enablement
  • Work closely with Nexperia IT internal stakeholders and external partners

What you will need

  • University degree in business administration computer science engineering or a comparable technical discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a comparable position depending on educational credentials
  • Strong understanding of business process and R&D process automation
  • Practical experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python VBA); deeper software development skills are a plus
  • Knowledge of data integration and data exchange e.g. between SAP applications and other systems
  • Hands on experience with collaboration and workflow tools such as SharePoint or comparable platforms
  • Strong communication and networking skills and proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Structured solution oriented working style with a strong focus on quality
  • Service oriented reliable team player with a high level of flexibility combined with accountability and commitment.
