Senior AI Controlling Specialist (mfd)

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You design and ship AI-based tools that push insights to leaders proactively moving Controlling from reactive reporting toward autonomous decision-ready intelligence
• You own the trusted data foundation that powers everything we build the Groups single source of truth that every AI agent analysis and forecast runs on
• You identify automation potential and continuously improve our monthly closing processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort
• You turn complex cost-pool data into sharp decision-relevant narratives for CFO- and board-level audiences
• You act as the go-to authority on the integrity of our controlling figures when a number reaches the top its right

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education You hold a degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or a comparable field ideally with a focus on Controlling Accounting or Data Management
• Experience You bring several years of hands-on experience in Controlling Finance or a related field preferably within a large complex organization or consultancy environment
• Tools & Systems You are proficient in BI tools ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and have a strong affinity for data modelling and process automation technologies
• AI & Innovation You have a genuine enthusiasm for AI-driven solutions and have ideally already applied these in a finance or controlling context
• Analytical Skills You think in structures work precisely and are able to translate large volumes of data into clear decision-relevant narratives
• Soft Skills You combine a high degree of ownership and self-motivation with strong communication skills allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
