Were looking for a Senior Account Manager Google Ads to join a fast-growing performance marketing team and take ownership of a portfolio of exciting e-commerce clients across the DACH region.

Fully Remote DACH
gross/year performance-based bonus
Permanent Full-Time

Own end-to-end relationships with e-commerce clients
Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns with monthly budgets of 5K50K
Monitor performance KPIs ROAS and CPA
Proactively identify client risks and prevent churn
Lead difficult client conversations with confidence and professionalism
Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
Work closely with internal performance marketing specialists
Potentially mentor and support junior team members

Native-level German communication skills
3 years of Google Ads/PPC experience ideally within an agency
Strong experience managing multiple e-commerce clients
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
Comfortable handling challenging feedback and difficult conversations
Commercial mindset with a focus on client growth and retention
Highly organised proactive and comfortable working independently

Experience with Klaviyo / email marketing
Knowledge of Meta Ads or other digital channels
Experience mentoring or leading others
Experience working with international clients in English
