Security and Loss Prevention Manager (all genders)

As a Security & Loss Prevention Manager you will support our security operations across our logistics fulfillment network. This role will collaborate closely with Berlin and site-based team members to develop security crime and loss prevention solutions improve processes manage incidents and strengthen the companys security culture. • Lead centralized and local security projects (i.e. security standards process improvements transportation theft cargo crime and data-driven loss prevention).

• Maintain and develop security incident reporting and guard management software.

• Identify create and roll out security concepts across our network.

• Serve as an enabler and a strategic partner for security management topics across the organization.

• Build a strong network of stakeholders who contribute to an improved security culture and performance.

• You posses enthusiasm for standardization stakeholder enablement and continuous improvement.

• You will collaborate within a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders

• You will be based in Berlin BUT passion for regular travel throughout Europe is necessary.
