About the Mission

Whether its a new implementation transformation or further development we implement SAP standard solutions for companies in the Life Sciences industry. Our approach is structured cloud-oriented and focused on Best Practices. We aim to map processes as closely as possible to the SAP standard.

Where extensions are necessary we follow a Clean-Core strategy using the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). We combine strategic process understanding with profound project expertise to create scalable future-proof and compliant system landscapes. With extensive experience in GxP-validated environments we ensure regulatory requirements are integrated systematically from day one.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities

As an SAP Consultant you will have the freedom to advise clients independently redesign their processes and find innovative solutions that simplify their daily operations.

• Project Involvement: Contribute to SAP implementation consulting and support projects.
• Workshops & Training: Conduct professional workshops and training sessions directly at client sites.
• Process Design: Conceptualize model and harmonize SAP business processes including customizing training.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive user guides and detailed project documentation.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team during the acquisition phase with technical expertise.

What You Bring (Requirements)

We are looking for inquisitive team players who want to make our customers daily work more efficient and effective.

• Education: A Bachelors degree in Business Informatics Computer Science Business Administration or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience: At least 3 years of project experience in the support or implementation of SAP S/4HANA (as a Key User In-house Consultant or External Consultant).
• Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with SAP S/4HANA PP/PP-PI and/or QM.
• Soft Skills: Strong customer orientation and a confident professional demeanor.
• Languages: German C1 (Fluent) and English B2 (Good command).
