Must-Have
- Good understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP / REFX) financial processes and controlling concepts to align SAP solutions with business needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with business users translate requirements into functional specs and drive collaboration across teams.
- Lead endtoend design configuration and optimization of SAP FICO processes (GL AP AR Asset Accounting Cost/Profit Center Accounting) aligned to business requirements regulatory standards and organizational strategy.
- liaison between finance stakeholders IT teams and external partners; translate business needs into functional specifications and provide expert guidance on best practices.
