As anInside Sales Representative you will be responsible for proactively engaging buyers in the used car market. Your primary focus will be on outbound calling building new dealer relationships and developing a strong buyer network for our vehicles.
You will identify relevant prospects reach out to potential buyers and create sales opportunities through targeted and consistent market engagement. You will work in a dynamic sales-driven environment and actively contribute to expanding our reach within the dealer network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive outbound calling to used car dealers to generate potential buyers
- Building and maintaining a network of professional dealers and resellers
- Identifying customer needs and qualifying potential buyers
- Generating new sales opportunities through targeted outbound calls
- Managing and following up on leads while continuously developing your sales pipeline
- Documenting all sales-related activities in the CRM system
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure successful vehicle sales
- Monitoring market trends and supporting the development of new business opportunities
Your Profile:
- Initial experience in sales inside sales customer service or a similar customer-facing role
- Enjoyment of phone-based customer engagement and building new relationships
- Strong communication skills and a confident professional telephone manner
- Structured and self-organized way of working
- High motivation to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach
- Experience in the automotive industry or used car market is an advantage but not required
- Business-fluent English skills and an additional language (Dutch French or German)
