Professional experience in Account Management Sales Buying Procurement Business Planning Merchandising or Finance.

Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed.
Full professional fluency in German is required alongside strong English communication skills.

In this role you will own growth and manage the end-to-end business for assigned strategic accounts. You will operate in a fast-paced cross-functional environment where you combine commercial insight with sneaker culture to deliver marketplace impact.
Account Strategy & Growth: Drive net revenue growth and profitability by leading the end-to-end commercial strategy for designated accounts.
Seasonal Assortments: Develop and optimize seasonal product assortments using merchandising frameworks ensuring effective product flow and replenishment.
Business Forecasting: Plan account performance through accurate forecasting and category scenario planning informed by consumer brand and marketplace insights.
Partnership & CFOP Goals: Manage partnerships independently solving complex business challenges to support CFOP goals and overall team performance.
Showroom & Sell-In Experience: Co-own the end-to-end showroom experience during sell-in working closely with Office Admin Experience Lead and cross-functional partners.
Market Presence & Training: Maintain strong brand representation through market visits competitor insights and retail staff training.
Relationship Building: Build and sustain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders delivering consistent and high-quality partner service.
