Your area of work
As an intern (f/m/d) you will support the team in the newly created Independent Business Risk & Control (IBRC) area to ensure adequate focus on risks that matter most while maintaining a robust and fit-for-purpose risk and control environment. Business Resilience (S) is responsible for Internal Control System (ICS) coordinate responses to regulatory inspections and audit findings support Self Identified Issues and Corrective Action Plans and monitor remediation activities.
Your responsibilities:
- You will support and collaborate in the execution of the Management of External Findings in ensuring the data and quality on Findings & Audit Repository (FAR) is up-to-date by regularly following up and assisting the finding owners
- You will gather status update from finding owners and audit coordinators to be presented to various Boards & Committees
- You will contribute to strengthening the Internal Control System (ICS) by supporting in updating SAP GRC (Governance Risk & Controls)
- You will support and coordinate the creation of various reports such as ISAE 3402 Management Report on Internal Controls and SOC2
- You will maintain and develop reports/dashboards with PowerBI / Artificial Intelligence and automation practices
- You will support Business Resilience team in daily business with regards to various tasks and projects
Your profile:
- You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least two semesters(Study focus in the field of economics business studies humanities or other relevant fields). Furthermore we offer the possibility of an orientation internship whereby you are currently in a gap-year after your bachelors or masters degree in the above-mentioned fields of study - in this case an enrolment is not required
- Ideally you have already gained first practical experience in the context of audit coordination (e.g. experience abroad internships) / in the Risk & Controls area
- You are interested in 1st Line of Defence activities
- You have a proactive work ethic a sense of responsibility and are able to communicate efficiently
- Thanks to your cooperative manner you quickly find your way into the team
- Your affinity for numbers and very good analytical skills help you to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
- You have very good knowledge in MS office and preferable SAP GRC(technical: MS Office SAP SharePoint..)
- You are fluent in written and spoken English. German or French language is a plus
