Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential B2B customers through outbound prospecting via phone email LinkedIn and other channels.
Generate qualified sales opportunities and schedule meetings for the Account Executive team.
Build and manage your own pipeline of Mid-Market and Enterprise prospects.
Understand customer challenges and effectively communicate the value of the companys AI-powered SaaS solution.
Work closely with the Sales Marketing and Customer Success teams to support business growth.
Continuously develop your sales techniques and improve your outreach strategies.
Requirements
Native-level German (C2) with English proficiency at B2 level or above.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive ambitious and resilient attitude.
Strong interest in outbound sales and business development.
Previous internship working student experience or initial experience in Sales Development Business Development or another customer-facing commercial role is an advantage.
Comfortable making cold calls and proactively approaching new prospects.
Goal-oriented self-motivated and eager to learn and grow.
