Your Mission: Open the French Market and Grow the Sales Pipeline!
France is our next big market and youll be at the very front of it. We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify potential customers generate qualified leads and open doors for our Account Executives. As one of the first people shaping our market entry in France you will help build the SDR playbook test strategic approaches and lay the foundation for a strong local team. If you love initiating conversations and creating opportunities through meaningful outreach this role is for you!
Your Daily Business No two days are alike
Identify and research potential new customers in the French healthcare sector
Conduct cold calls in French send outbound emails and use LinkedIn to generate interest
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for the Sales Team
Maintain accurate records of leads conversations and outcomes in our CRM
Provide valuable market and customer feedback to shape our go-to-market in France
Stay informed about industry trends developments and customer feedback to continuously improve your sales strategy
Your Skillset What you bring to the table
First experience in B2B sales preferably in SaaS or tech environments
Confidence in conducting cold calls and handling rejection professionally
Curiosity to understand customer needs and match them with our solution
Excellent communication skills: You know how to get to the point and make complex topics easy to understand
Technical affinity: Comfortable working with tools like HubSpot Google Workspace Slack and Notion
Full professional proficiency in French (spoken & written) youll be speaking with French prospects every day and a very good command of English. German is a plus.
