Sales Development Representative (fmx)

Your day-to-day:

• Hunt: Find online retailers (e-commerce companies) and get in touch by phone email and LinkedIn.
• Call: Pick up the phone start real conversations and find out where it hurts in their logistics claims process.
• Book: Turn interest into pitch meetings for our Account Executive or Head of .
• Shape the playbook: Tell us whats working and what isnt. Your feedback changes how we sell.
• Get out there: Travel to trade shows and industry events X times a year across Germany/Europe and meet prospects face-to-face.

Qualifications :

You will rock in this role if you

• Have at least one year in a customer-facing role such as sales customer service account management etc.
• You speak German excellently (C2) and English fluently (C1).
• Youd rather make the call than send another email and a no doesnt ruin your day. Its just the start of the next conversation.
• Youre curious you listen well and you can win people over on the phone by email and in person.
• You want to build something and are up for travelling to events and representing the brand.
