Your Role
In this central backoffice role you are the backbone of our sales process. You will provide essential administrative support to our real estate agents and management ensuring that every property marketing phase runs flawlessly. This is a position for someone who loves organization possesses an eagle eye for detail and enjoys a mix of structured office work and occasional local field tasks.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Assist real estate agents in their day-to-day business and handle all administrative tasks related to property marketing.
- Documentation: Create high-quality property exposés manage sales documentation and ensure all data in our CRM is accurate and up to date.
- Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for customers authorities and internal stakeholders to coordinate appointments and workflows.
- Quality Control: Maintain an exceptionally high standard of work ensuring error-free output even when managing multiple deadlines.
- Field Support: Organize and occasionally accompany outdoor appointments such as property viewings or visits to local authorities (a pool vehicle is provided).
- Liaison: Maintain a direct and continuous line of communication with the management team and the brokerage staff.
Your Profile
- Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable sales or office assistance role.
- Precision: You are known for your meticulous error-free way of working and your strong organizational skills.
- Communication: Native-level German (C1/Native) is required to communicate professionally with clients and authorities.
- Reliability: You are a dependable team player who remains calm and focused under pressure.
- Presence: You are comfortable working 100% on-site at our office in Essen (no remote/home-office option).
- Education: A completed commercial apprenticeship (Kaufmännische Ausbildung) is preferred; a university degree is not required.
- Tools: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with real estate CRM software is a plus.
