Safety Engineer

Main Responsibilities:

• Analysis and assessment of risks related to flight control systems in compliance with aeronautical standards (e.g. ARP4754A ARP4761 DO-178C DO-254)
• Development and validation of safety requirements for critical systems in collaboration with engineering and certification teams
• Simulation and modeling of failure scenarios to identify vulnerabilities and propose corrective solutions
• Coordination with certification authorities (EASA FAA) to ensure system compliance with current regulations
• Writing technical documentation (safety reports risk analyses certification files)
• Participation in design reviews and flight or laboratory tests to validate system robustness

Qualifications :

Your Profile :

• Engineering degree or masters in aeronautics electrical engineering mechanical engineering or equivalent with a specialization in system safety
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in safety engineering in the aerospace or defense sector
• Experience in safety analysis (FHA FMEA FTA) and aeronautical standards (ARP4754A DO-178C etc.)
