Are you ready to join us
Responsibilities
Take end-to-end ownership of designing standardizing and documenting global processes across the customer lifecycle from initial lead flow through to contract subscription management and revenue reporting.
Partner with leadership and revenue teams (e.g. sales and client success) teams to evaluate and structure requests. Translate commercial pain points into prioritized high-impact business requirements for our Tech and Product teams. You will own the what and the why collaborating closely with technical teams who will execute the how.
Own project management and stakeholder alignment for major rollouts.
Act as a custodian of our commercial standards sales policies and rules of engagement ensuring a single source of truth that drives global consistency.
Define and monitor strategic KPIs to measure process success continuously identify areas for optimization and report business impact to senior leadership.
Requirements
Strong track record of designing standardizing and rolling out end-to-end sales and client success processes in a B2B / SaaS environment.
Ability to break down complex ambiguous business problems into clear structured and actionable process documentation and briefings for technical teams.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to advise and push back when necessary to protect the scalability of our processes.
Solid understanding of how CRM systems (like Salesforce) operate conceptually. You know how to design data models and reporting structures even if you arent the one coding them.
Strong project management capability to orchestrate cross-functional projects manage development cycles.
Fluent in English. German language skills are a plus.
