YOUR ROLE AS REVENUE MANAGER

Are you passionate about maximizing revenue performance and optimizing distribution strategies We are seeking a Revenue Manager to oversee various properties in our German region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a measurable impact on business results.

In this role you will:

• Deliver accurate reporting and maintain revenue management systems.

• Implement pricing and segmentation strategies to drive profitability.

• Partner with hotel teams to ensure effective execution of revenue management tasks.

• Contribute to forecasting and budgeting processes.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Develop and implement revenue strategies tooptimizeroomrevenue and profitability.

• Monitor and analyse market trends competitor pricing and performance data to inform pricing decisions.

• Prepare and manage hotel budgets and monthly forecasts.

• Conduct competitive analysis and market research toidentifyopportunities and risks.

• Oversee daily review and implementation of rate and inventory controls.

• Provide detailed reports on revenue performance booking pace and market conditions.

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to execute effective pricing and distribution strategies.

• Ensureaccuratecontent availability and pricing across all distribution channels.

• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and intermediaries to enhance revenue opportunities.

• Participate in departmental meetings team briefings and project work.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience in hotel revenue management (multi-property experience is a plus).

• Degree in Hospitality Management Business or related field;additionaleducation in revenue management preferred.

• Fluent in English German is a pre.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• In-depth knowledge of revenue management principles and practices.

• Proficiencyin revenue management systems and tools.

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple properties.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
