How does your working day look like...

• You will answer all incoming calls and forward them if necessary you will also process e-mails.
• You process and manage the restaurant NENI reservations
• You will perform various administrative tasks as a support for the receptionists
• You will process the Tripadvisor comments
• You always have the overview even when everyone is calling at the same time and the wires are glowing

• You have gained professional experience and speak fluent English and German
• You can inspire your colleagues as well as your addition you know your way around Berlin and always have tips for the scene up your sleeve.
• You are a doer - and openly admit when you have done something wrong

• You can communicate charmingly even when things get tricky
