Youll play a key role in driving the consistency and quality of requirements across complex railway projects. You work closely with cross-functional teams across engineering project management and quality to ensure traceability alignment and successful delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
Well look for you to:
Define and drive the requirements management strategy across all project phases
Ensure consistency quality and traceability of requirements from customer specifications to delivery
Coordinate stakeholders in drafting aligning and validating requirements
Manage requirement changes and assess their impact on scope timelines and costs
Ensure data quality and integrate external inputs across systems and teams
Monitor progress risks and deviations supporting informed project decision-making
Contribute to continuous improvement of requirements management tools processes and best practices

Hold a degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
Bring experience in engineering projects across different project phases
Demonstrate knowledge of requirements management methodologies and tools

Take ownership make decisions and contribute to continuous improvement
Speak fluent German and English
