- Manage written conversations on behalf of our creators across multiple platforms

- Build real relationships through authentic engaging communication

- Spot upselling opportunities and increase customer lifetime value

- Keep a professional consistent tone in every interaction

- Log conversations accurately in our CRM

- Work with the team to continuously improve results

Requirements

- Fluent English

- Reliable internet connection

- Strong empathy and the ability to connect with different personalities

- Self-disciplined reliable and results-oriented

- Comfortable with 18 content

- Able to work independently in a fully remote setup

Nice to have

- Background in customer support live chat sales or copywriting

- Extra languages (German Spanish French Italian Portuguese Dutch)

- CRM experience

- Leadership experience (we actively help ambitious people build and lead teams)
