• Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system
• Contribute actively to team targets and quality standards

Your Profile

• German native or C1/C2 level mandatory
• English B2 minimum
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Interest in or experience within the telecommunications sector is a plus
• Ready and motivated to relocate to Sofia Bulgaria
