Regional Key Account Manager

The role:

As a Regional Key Account Manager you will help drive our goals by:

• Drive profitable growth and long-term strategic partnerships with key globalOEMcustomers by managing existing business expanding customer relationships and positioning CAS as a leading provider of emission control solutions across large engine energy and marine applications.

• Develop and executeaccount strategies power maps and growth plansfor assigned customers

• Build andmaintainstrong relationships across all customer interfaces (procurement engineering R&D management)

• Identifyand drivenew business opportunitiesacross catalyst technologies (SCR DOC DPF next-generation solutions)

• Lead commercial activities for projects from RFQ to series production including pricing and contract negotiations

• Negotiate and concludelong-term supply agreements and strategic partnerships

• Act as theprimary interface between customer and internal teams(Engineering Operations Product Management)

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• Asignificant numberof years (5)catalysiscommercial experience with strong knowledge ofthemarkets

• Must be a German Speaker

• University degreein engineeringor business administration.

• Strong record of building relationships based on trust and collaboration with external customers as well as internal colleagues.

• Ability to work in a matrix organization with multi-cultural team as well as customers

• Market analysis skills toestablishmarket intelligence understanding key players and key drivers
